Live 2D modeling questions (Arm poses and blinking/eybrow expreesions)

I'm working on my first own Vtuber model and I am almost complete with the model, There are a few things that I just want to be certain of before I move on.
- I have made certain arm poses, one waving and one covering the mouth. I tend to switch it out for certain events with the standard arms down look. If I were to switch those arm poses, would the parameter be similar to blushing where you lower opacity to one side then it reappears on the other as in the lower arm will have 0% opacity while the raised arm has 100% Opacity
2) for Eye blinking and eyebrows I have set each eye on to one parameter where when the right and left Eyeball is blinking at the same time, same goes with the eyebrow expressions. I don't tend on winking as much but would putting the left and right eyeball on the same parameter and the left and right eyebrow would cause a problem? cause if so I can fix it.
I do have older versions of the files so I can go back and change them easily

putting both eyes on the same parameters will work perfectly, except if you want to wink. In fact id recommend doing it for the eyebrows, but id still separate the eyes because i like winking. Won't disturb the tracking program tho, you just won't have full control over both eyes separately, only one will control both.
I didnt understand the other question though.

ARM, what's your opinion?

I was considering to open a buy position for ARM. This because I considered Intel's recent problems and the tentative of some producers to build arm based computer devices. It also appears to be 20 - 30% undervalued. Before going in deep with my analysis I would like to know the opinion of people with more experience.
